Guesthousehero.com was created with a view to providing content to assist (and for ourselves to learn from) so many in the hospitality industry in this really tough economic climate of surging inflation and meddlesome government and local council interference which seems to regard hospitality and some golden goose of cash to shore up its failings when they’re actually killing the industry.
The idea is to share what we’ve learned in a few years from start-up to winning Tripadvisor Best of the Best, placing Highlander House (Rothesay, Isle of Bute, Scotland) in the top 25 (Inns and B&Bs category) in the UK and 1% worldwide…and help others become guest house heroes!
