This is a quick episode for a quick procedure that is hugely important in creating the perfect first impression when your guest first enters their room.
This is our check-list:
- Is the fresh milk in the fridge and the fridge switched on? Guests appreciate fresh milk for their tea and coffee so we provide a cute 200ml bottle (a miniature of the old glass milk bottles that were left on doorsteps by the milkman in yesteryear). - Are the welcome chocolates on the foot of the bed (we provide Lindor)?
- Is the welcome letter (more about this in a later episode) with the welcome chocolates at the foot of the bed?
- Are the wine glasses (link), tumblers (link), coffee mugs (link) and bottled waters in place (click on each item to see what we provide)?
- Are the bath robes (link), hand towels (link) and face cloths (link) neatly arranged at the foot of the bed?
- Are the blue streak residues from the Toilet Duck been completely removed? If not, flush.
- Are the tea and coffee caddies completely replenished?
Is the new loo paper roll neatly arranged on its holder and spare roll available in the vanity?
